Why not spend a fun filled afternoon surrounded by fantastic food together
with a professional chef who will show you the secrets of Tuscan cooking and
lead you on a hands on cooking expedition.
Afterwards you will enjoy the fruits of your labor for dinner which will be
accompanied by fine local wines. At a quaint restaurant in Chianti you will
spend four hours in the kitchen where you will learn to cook a full Tuscan
menu from sauces, to meat, a side dish and desert.
And the wine? The food wine combination is of utmost importance to Tuscan
cuisine so you will be taken on a tour of the historic cellars to choose the
best wines for the dishes you have prepared.
Then sit back and relax. Participants and teachers will share a celebratory
drink before your unforgettable dinner. As you return to your hotel at the
end of the evening you will surely already be planning a Tuscan feast for
your friends at home.
